Delivery
- Orders are prepared within two business days.
- Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges may be requested within seven days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, together with all accompanying accessories and original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The House reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions.
