Warranty Period
All DURMAN pieces are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects resulting from assembly or stone setting.
- Any manufacturing defect affecting the structural integrity of the piece.
What’s Not Covered
- Scratches and normal signs of wear from everyday use.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cleaning agents, or other corrosive substances.
- Repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties.

During the warranty period, the House provides complimentary cleaning and maintenance services to help preserve the beauty of your piece.
